You’re an attorney at the firm, and that makes you one of it’s authors (of client alerts, seminar materials, and so forth).

Or you’re the person responsible for the firm’s marketing materials. It’s up to you to make sure those materials support the firm’s claim. And it’s up to you to make sure they’re ready on time and they don’t cost more than necessary.
