As of 3/3/09 at ~$4:15pm there's no content at the link provided in the post here. Even the link *to* the blog has been removed from the homepage. (If you check the source, you can see it's been commented out.) On the H&K homepage there's a "legal headlines" section, and the links go to completely un-branded pages. It seems they've gone completely in the other direction. Not only are they being clear that it's other people's content, they're not even attaching their name to the content when it's provided.
