2. It has the world’s worst Web site.

    Sure, but what else do you need from a law firm this size? Larger firms have websites that are all full of approximately the same, tiresome marketing fluff. The only things I’d add to their website are bios and copies of any articles their lawyers have published. Beyond that, it’s entirely sufficient and really tells you what they are about.

    And I say that with my general-counsel-that-hires-outside-counsel hat on.
