Morgan Lewis on Diversity
Take a look at Morgan Lewis’s diversity page.
Note that the firm claims to take diversity (e.g., race) into account in hiring attorneys. According to Morgan Lewis, “diversity is just as essential a consideration in the selection of our attorneys as industry expertise.”
I suppose that if the firm ever gets busted for violating Title VII (e.g., discriminating on the basis of race), the claim is evidence that can and will be used against it.
